Description of the project
Project implemented - innovation at the process, organizational and regional level. Implementation of a modern management system - the ability to automate the processes of servicing partners. This includes both arrangements with the sales department and inside the design and production departments. Centralization of the process into a single IT system and the creation of a B2B portal through which the customer will be able to report errors, prepare service requests and share documentation. Information received from various sources once entered into the system will only be supplemented with further information, and once entered, the content will be used at each stage of order processing. Data exchange can take place through the B2B portal, enabling the realization of two-way data exchange in a convenient way, as well as direct access to data stored on the database server. With the implementation of the system, the company will have a very flexible system for managing orders from partners.
